Hi, I'm John.
ROADRIG exists because I spent years looking for the perfect rider bag and never found one. So I decided to build it myself.

SKETCHES
Pen, paper, problems first.
Before mood-boards and renders, I sat down with pen and paper. Every pocket had to earn its place. Every strap had to solve a real moment from the saddle.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Forty drafts to find one.
Forty drafts. Forty rejections. Forty lessons. The bag took shape — but only by killing every design that didn't survive a real test ride.

Finding people who care.
I didn't want the cheapest. I wanted the people who'd argue with me about a stitch. The right partner doesn't say yes to everything. They push back.

PROTOTYPE V1
First real bag.
First real bag in my hands. Heavy moment. Some details landed. Some need work. That's exactly what V1 is for — to fail loudly so V2 can fly.
